Black Girls Cook is dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for Black girls, recognizing the unique challenges they may face and the importance of addressing systemic inequities. Our non-discrimination policy reflects our dedication to fostering a space that values and respects individuals of every race, ethnicity, and background, with a particular emphasis on empowering Black girls. Discrimination, in any form, is not tolerated within our organization.

The approved policy applies to employees, clients and volunteers and include protections for all characteristics including: sex, race, color, religion, ethnic or national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, pregnancy, leave status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, and/or any other characteristic or status protected by national, federal, state or local law.
